    1. Ask for help
        Theres gonna be a time that we're gonna have to cry out to God. He wants us to get alignment with him
        John 5:1-9 KJV - Bethesda - The number 5 means Grace and mercy.
        We get in a rut [ after so long] we start to lose hope, doubt, and get heavy
        All Jesus got to do is show up
        * Sometimes we gotta get so desperate for God, that we got to cry out. *

You may be losing hope but cry out to Go today.

2. Stop with the complain and stop with the excuses

3. Take Action 
        Jesus didn't let the man have a pity-party, he simply commanded him to raise, take up his bed, and walk. Jeus wouldn't have told him to walk if he knew he didn't have the capacity.
